Weight Loss Day 1

Today officially makes it 13 months exactly until my wedding!

YAY!!

WOO!!

How am I celebrating, you ask?...

...I'm giving up pop and fast food until the wedding....

YAY? WOO?

Yes, your eyes didn't deceive you.. I'm giving up pop and fast food for at least 13 MONTHS. I've given it up for a year before, so what is an extra month added to it. I'm tired of feeling like this all the time:

I'm exercising 5x a week and watching what I eat as well as giving up pop and fast food. I even did 6.5 miles on the treadmill last night and did some weights at the gym. GO ME! I'll update with any progress as it goes on. Soo.. anyone want to join me? LOL!

  1. I'm not sure if I'm ready to give up fast food and soda entirely but you've inspired me to get cracking on the exercise front.

  3. Haha, thanks girls! It's definitely hard, but last time I gave it up I felt so good about myself. I had more engery, my skin was clear and healthy.. it's just the initial caffiene withdrawal that sucks. It makes me want to punch every pop bottle I see at the grocery store. lol.

  4. I don't drink soda but I gave up coffee which is horrible because I am a law school student (a lot of late nights)

    I am going to go full vegen (I am vegetarian right now) for the last 6 months!!!

    I also just started Bikram Yoga this month... so far so good.
